What are the eligibility criteria for citizen discounts?
Residents of Yeosu, Suncheon, and Gwangyang are eligible for a discount of KRW 2,000 per person if they present their identification card.
The discount is only applicable if you have proof of identification (resident registration card, driver's license) and purchase your ticket on-site.
Other discounts cannot be combined.
How can I make a group reservation?
Groups of 20 or more people are eligible for a discount of KRW 2,000 per person on the individual ticket price.

Is there a separate parking lot?
There is a parking lot that can accommodate over 50 vehicles in the basement, and you can park by going down to the left side of the building.
After parking, you can either use the elevator or walk outside of the building and enter through the main entrance to access the first floor.
The parking lot is only available to those using the facilities of Nokthemele Museum, and parking is free.
How long does it take to tour the museum?
It takes an average of about 1 hour.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Online reservations are possible, but they are not mandatory.
The purchase price for reservations and on-site purchases is the same.
Are there facilities for people with disabilities?
Nokthemele Museum has facilities for people with disabilities, such as an elevator that operates on all floors and a disabled bathroom.
Can I bring my pet with me?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is there a storage locker for personal belongings?
You can use the storage locker free of charge. Please contact a staff member for more information (food storage not allowed).
